Purpose of the role:This is Individual Contribution (IC) role to Lead, manage and support accounting and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of books of accounts for assigned clientsEnsuring that the predefined SLAs are metUnderstanding the key requirements for deliverablesPrepare complex entries and schedules (intercompany, consolidation etc.) and finalizing the books of accounts for assigned clientsPreparing/Reviewing VAT and other applicable returnsAudit SupportLiaise with key stakeholdersOwning and completing any ad-hoc projects

Attributes & Skills:Good communication skills both written and verbalGood accounting acumen and excellent excel skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skills;Self-driven and highly motivated individual, able to work independently;Prepare complex entries and schedules (intercompany, consolidation etc.) and finalizing the books of accounts for assigned clientsProven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;Positive, flexible personality, easy to adapt to changes and willing to undertake new tasks.Strong team playerExperience in SSC / BPO will be added advantage

Relevant experience:At least 5 to 6 years & experience post qualificationIFRS and US GAAP exposure preferable

Education/Professional Qualifications:CA/CMA (with accounting experience)IFRS and US GAAP certification preferable
