A leading wellness organization is looking for an experienced Center Manager to oversee end-to-end centre operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Role Snapshot:
• Lead end-to-end centre operations across Front Office, Therapists, Doctors, Housekeeping, Procurement, and Administration.
• Manage manpower planning, shift rosters, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring SOP compliance, service quality, and grooming standards.
• Conduct daily team briefings and lead a high-performing team.
• Ensure seamless customer experience and efficient day-to-day centre management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operational flow.
• Preferred experience in Wellness, Healthcare, Hospitality, Luxury Services, Clinics, or Spa operations.
