Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and commercially strong Regional Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our South India operations from our Chennai head office, with potential to scale to a pan-India mandate. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational discipline, and hands-on execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Drive market expansion across our product segments.
- Manage key and strategic customer relationships at senior levels.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and long-term supply agreements.
- Prepare and manage regional sales budgets, forecasts, and expense controls.
- Monitor KPIs including revenue growth, margins, collections, and forecasting accuracy.
- Strengthen salesprocesses, reporting systems, and operational discipline.
- Provide structured market intelligence including competitor analysis and industry trends.
Candidate Profile
- 12-15 years of B2B sales experience in ingredients, chemicals, pharmaceutical raw materials, or related sectors.
- Proven experience in sales team leadership and performance management.
- Strong commercial acumenand negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution.
- Driven, accountable, and committed to long-term organizational growth.
Compensation: upto 15 LPA.
