This role involves engaging with customers in-store, answering queries, and providing product recommendations that align with individual personal care needs.
The specialist will handle phone and in-person interactions, manage customer concerns, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. They will support sales by explaining product features, assisting with upselling and cross-selling, and maintaining customer records. The role also includes collaborating with the store team to meet service and sales targets, maintaining store standards, and sharing customer feedback to improve overall experience.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and enhancing overall Customer Experience.Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, courteous communication skills.Ability to build rapport, actively listen, and offer tailored product guidance.Prior experience in retail, beauty, or personal care sales is an advantage.Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment and collaborating within a team.Basic computer literacy for handling point-of-sale systems and customer data.Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
