While reporting to the Finance & Accounting Manager, your role is for overseeing the organization’s accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic reporting.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES :Oversee the Finance, Accounting and Tax functions (system & procedure, accounting, financial report & analyzing, taxation, invoicing).Generate and ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial report.Maintain basic system and internal controls that will ensure compliance with statutory, accountancy, and fiscal requirement.Ensure that all records are maintained in accordance with legal and company requirement.Oversee daily accounting transactions.Generate Trial Balance, Balance Sheets and Income Statement from SAP System.Prepare monthly inter-company statements and reconciliation (A/R and A/P).Review monthly manual journal entry and recurring entry.Review and post vendor invoicing entry to SAP.Approve invoice customer in SAP.Review monthly balance sheet reconciliation from the team and collect the report accordingly (Accruals, Prepaid, Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets).Maintain fixed asset register.Prepare/review monthly freight accrual.Coordinate monthly closing process with team and to run monthly SAP closing procedure.Coordinate quarter physical stock count.Coordinate quarter finished inventory revaluation in SAP.Coordinate AR Staffs for invoicing, statement of accounts submission and collection monitoring.Prepare monthly top ten overdue report.Review monthly tax report and tax base reconciliation.Control and monitoring company insurance policy.Liaison with external and internal auditors.Prepare and work with Tax Officers for Tax Audit.Prepare yearly Income Tax Return.
THE REQUIREMENTS :Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting from reputable university.Minimum 8 years of satisfying experience in the same role in Manufacturing company (preferably paper and converting industry, chemical, automotive, or other large-scale industry).Fluent in English both oral and written.Lead team experience involves a combination of skills like communication, motivation, and goal-setting.Preferable experience in SAP or ERP.Have experience skill General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Taxation, Credit controller.Good understanding and practical experience on the finance and accounting principles and standards (USGAAP & PSAK).Excellent communication skills ie. ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.Basic math skills to make accurate calculations and estimates.Organization and project management.Able to work in a dynamic team environment and high work demand.Good analytical and conceptual thinking.
