Job Description
A growing, mid-size litigation defense firm seeks attorneys for multiple practice areas: medical malpractice law; personal injury law; employment law; and public entity law. These roles are hybrid with 2-3 days in office/week and require an active license to practice law in California and 3+ years of civil litigation experience in California.
Salary: $110,000 - $180,000 per year
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: Doctoral
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Argue motions in court.
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience in California.
- Active California license to practice law.
- Doctoral degree (J.D. or equivalent).
