Civils Site Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor working on a range of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Dublin.

This is a great opportunity for a strong Site Manager with solid civils experience who is looking to take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a major project.

The Role

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of civils works on site.
• Managing subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
• Coordinating with engineers, project management and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitoring progress and resolving any issues that arise on site.
• Maintaining strong health & safety standards across the project.

The Candidate

• 5+ years' experience in a Site Management role.
• Previous experience working for a Main Contractor.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
