Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Understand client objectives, business goals, and priorities.
- Manage client expectations through proactive communication.
Project Coordination
- Translate client briefs into clear action plans for internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
Strategic Account Support
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
- Participate in campaign planning and strategy discussions.
- Recommend solutions aligned with client objectives and business goals.
Execution & Delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Track project progress and proactively resolve roadblocks.
- Maintain process documentation and project records.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare regular client status reports and project updates.
- Maintain meeting minutes, action trackers, and follow-up items.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall account health.

Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Servicing.
- Prior agency experience is mandatory.
- Experience working with B2B marketing clients is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
