Client Outreach Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Outreach Specialist who can consistently open doors with new brands and turn cold conversations into real client relationships. Someone who's comfortable reaching out, following up, and pitching without needing a script read to them — and who can represent the agency's work well in every interaction.

This role is suited to someone persistent, organized, and genuinely good at getting people to respond.

What You'll Be Working On

• Identifying and building lists of potential clients that fit our agency's ideal profile
• Reaching out via email, , and other channels to generate interest and book calls
• Writing and refining outreach messages, follow-ups, and pitch decks
• Managing a CRM/pipeline — tracking every lead from first contact to closed deal
• Following up consistently without letting leads go cold
• Coordinating with the founder/sales lead for discovery calls and proposals
• Reporting on outreach performance — response rates, meetings booked, conversions

What a Day Looks Like

1. Sending a set number of outreach messages across email and
2. Following up on leads from previous days that haven't responded yet
3. Updating the CRM with the status of every active conversation
4. Booking and coordinating calls for the founder/sales team

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in outreach, sales development, business development, or lead generation
• Strong written communication skills — able to write outreach that actually gets replies
• Comfortable with cold outreach and following up without getting discouraged
• Experience with CRM tools (or a similar tracking system) and keeping pipelines organized
• Good understanding of how to qualify a lead and identify a good client fit
• Confidence presenting the agency's work and value to prospective clients
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to hit outreach targets independently
• A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback on messaging and approach

Compensation

₹30,000 per month + monthly bonus

2. Assignment 2: A paid working day with us, where you'll interact with the entire team and work on outreach tasks for the day
