Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Success Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business objectives, coordinating project execution, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
This role requires excellent communication, project coordination, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. The Client Success Executive is expected to build and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person meetings at client locations, along with continuous communication via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings to ensure smooth project execution and long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build long-term business relationships.
- Visit clients regularly at their offices or project locations to understand their business needs, strengthen relationships, and discuss ongoing projects.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address queries.
- Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and project requirements to provide strategic guidance and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution, effective communication, and successful delivery of client requirements.
- Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Conduct regular client meetings, project review meetings, and performance discussions.
- Prepare meeting notes, project briefs, reports, proposals, presentations, and other client documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and proactively communicate project updates.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client engagements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with agreed timelines and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, meeting notes, project updates, and activities in CRM and project management systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client onboarding and project handover process.
- Continuously improve client satisfaction, retention, and overall service quality through proactive account management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Client Servicing, Project Coordination, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Willingness to travel for regular client visits and meetings.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, website development, mobile applications, and software solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as Odoo, ClickUp, Jira, Zoho, HubSpot, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism and client satisfaction.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or IT services company will be an added advantage.
