Clinical Lead

Job Overview We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic Clinical Lead to join our award‑winning team at Rowan Court Care Home in Newcastle‑under‑Lyme. The Clinical Lead will support the Home Manager across all aspects of Home Management, providing a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors. Responsibilities Monitor the state of wellbeing of each resident and be aware of any changes impacting care and care plans.

Act as the focal point for contact with residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing. Prepare the staff duty rota to ensure appropriate staffing levels and appraise staff. Advise on the supply and quality of items used in tasks, ensuring timely and appropriate ordering of replacement goods.

About you Hold a current NMC registration. Have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care for care homes. Have at least two years of experience working in a similar care environment.

Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; computer skills are an advantage. Have a positive attitude to developing staff and enhancing care for residents. Required Checks & Eligibility DBS Disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
