Clinical Lead

Role Overview Your focus as Clinical Lead will be to support the Home Manager across all aspects of Home Management, providing a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors. Responsibilities Monitor the state of wellbeing of each resident and any changes impacting care and care plans. Act as the focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, visitors and health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing. Prepare the staff duty rota to ensure appropriate staffing levels and appraise staff as required. Advise on the supply and quality of items used to carry out tasks, ensuring timely ordering of replacement goods. Qualifications and Requirements Hold a current NMC registration. Have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care for care homes. Have at least two years’ experience working in a similar care environment. Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; computer skills are an advantage.

Have a positive attitude toward developing staff and enhancing care of the residents. Display a DBS Disclosure check; the cost will be covered by the employer. Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom. #J-18808-Ljbffr
