As a Senior / Manager in Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Oversee daily operations, partner stakeholders to address and process issues and efficiencies. Work closely with stakeholders such as ancillary staff, doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to constantly identify areas of improvement, to enhance processes, and refine patient experience and satisfaction. Perform data collection, analysis and prepare reports and dashboard to track key performance indicators and other measures of success.

Develop and implement business plans, to expand clinic’s suite of services and meet business targets. Responsible for annual budgeting and procurement. Monitor and track progress across multiple work streams and planning areas, providing timely updates to senior management and escalating issues when necessary.Organize and lead initiatives related to the planning and development of hospital/clinic facilities.Oversee the implementation of operational models in alignment with service delivery goals and care models, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and regulatory guidelines.Manage procurement and payment requests as needed.

Requirements: Min Bachelor's DegreeExperience in Healthcare/Operations management
