Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified salesperson who has in-depth knowledge and experience in the sales process, relationship building, and closing deals. We are seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Account and KOL management (60%)Housekeeping of accounts and contacts into CRM. Work closely with key healthcare institutes, private and public cancer centers to drive market reach and test adoption. Management of activities (10 per week), leads, opportunities, pipeline and forecast (monthly) via CRM.Closing sales process from quote, evaluation, tender, purchase, delivery and invoicing.
To activate product marketing, product and medical affairs to better engage key physicians to utilize MiRXES’ Clinical Genomics test solutions. Direct physicians to Medical Affairs for post testing report analysis and interpretation. Call for account centric functional group meetings to bring resources to the customers.Monthly sales forecast/budget.
Market trend and development (20%)Work closely with Marketing, Product and Medical Affairs to improve product positioning to real-time market needs. Gather and share ground market information: Product market share, new technologies, competitor pricing, and activities.Share and alert product marketing team to explore OEM and distribution opportunities that may grow MiRXES’ Clinical Genomics business.Support the establishment of new business partners and development of the business plan in Singapore.
Sales effectiveness (10%)Identify areas and work together with stakeholders to sharpen sales processes.
Other collaborative roles (10%)Support marketing campaigns with alignment across functional groups and business partners. Assist Marketing, Product and Medical Affairs teams in anchoring key physicians as advocators for marketing activities and early access programs. Expand the user base of MiRXES’ Clinical Genomics products.
Supports sales and marketing aligned initiatives such as early access programs, CMEs and campaigns.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or business. More than 2 years of experience in customer facing sales and business development in either Oncology, Fertility, Molecular Diagnostic or Specialty Care.Knowledge of the Companion Diagnostic Testing Market is a plus.Excellent written and oral communication skills with varied personalities, including different levels within and outside of the organization.Effective at driving cross-team collaboration and building consensus
