About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead and drive commercial performance across the APAC region, including Singapore and key Southeast Asian markets. This role will be responsible for delivering revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring strong execution at the country level. It is well-suited for a commercially astute leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is experienced in managing diverse regional markets.
ResponsibilitiesLead and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across APACOversee country-level performance and ensure alignment with regional business objectivesManage full P&L responsibilities, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance trackingDevelop and strengthen key account relationships with hospitals, institutions, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market entry strategies, partnerships, and channel expansionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of commercial initiativesManage and support regional markets directly or through distributor networksNavigate varying market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and tender processes across countries
QualificationsMinimum 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industryExperience in Central Nervous System (CNS) portfolios is advantageousProven success in driving significant business growth and expanding market presencePrior experience managing multiple APAC or Southeast Asian markets
Required SkillsStrong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experienceSolid experience in Key Account Management, including institutional and hospital settingsDemonstrated capability in business development, including new markets and partnershipsIndependent, self-driven leader with the ability to work closely with headquartersHigh level of ownership, accountability, and sense of urgencyStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsProactive, execution-focused mindset with a strong drive for results
