OverviewSachi Skin is a high-growth, founder-led clinical skincare brand rooted in Ayurvedic heritage Ancient Clinical skincare at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern science.We are looking for an Influencer & PR Coordinator who comes from a PR or influencer marketing background in beauty and who understands that creators are not for vibes they are for sales. This is a performance-accountable role. Relationships matter, but outcomes matter more.
You will be measured on affiliate revenue growth, creator conversion, and the quality of advocacy you build around the brand.
What You’ll OwnCreator & Influencer PerformanceIdentify, onboard, and manage creators across Instagram & Tiktok, skin-focused, trust-led, and able to drive conversionTrack creator performance across views, saves, clicks, and revenue not just follower count or aesthetic fitScale relationships with high-performing creators and reduce time spent on low-impact activityTurn one-off gifting into repeat, revenue-generating partnershipsBrief creators with clear scripts, angles, and messaging in collaboration with the Content Creator, ensuring output is filmable, on-brand, and built to convertUnderstand the difference between a creator who looks good and a creator who sells, and prioritise accordingly
Affiliate Revenue GrowthOwn and actively grow the Sachi Skin affiliate programme on ShopMy, Tiktok Shop this is a revenue responsibility, not an admin one.Drive weekly increases in affiliate clicks, orders, and revenue track the numbers, own the outcomesIdentify top-performing affiliates, understand what they do that works, and replicate it across the programmeRe-engage inactive affiliates with personalised, purposeful outreach.Brief affiliates on campaign moments via emails & DMs in advance so they can activate with intent, not as an afterthought
Community as a Conversion ChannelManage DMs, comments, and mentions with intent, not as a courtesy, as a growth leverIdentify potential customers, advocates, and creators within the community and move them through the funnelTurn organic excitement into reviews, before/after images, UGC, and affiliate relationships every warm comment is an opportunity
PR & Press Relationships Manage press and editor outreach, product send-outs, and follow-up on coverageMonitor press and brand mentions across print, digital, and social compile coverage reports for the teamDraft press notes, gifting communications, and outreach in the Sachi Skin tone of voiceSupport PR activations and brand partnership moments alongside the fractional CMO
Content & KOL EngagementKeep creators and KOLs actively engaged between campaigns, not just gifted and forgottenCreate and send regular touchpoints that educate and excite skincare quizzes, ingredient deep-dives, ritual guides, and product education emails tailored to creatorsPlan and coordinate creator masterclasses and educational sessions, virtual or IRL to deepen product knowledge and build genuine brand advocatesDevelop a creator newsletter or pro mailer that keeps the Sachi Skin community informed, inspired, and motivated to createTurn passive gifting recipients into active, knowledgeable brand ambassadors who speak about the brand with credibility and conviction
Brand PartnershipsIdentify and develop brand partnership opportunities with complementary brands that share the Sachi Skin audience and values: wellness, lifestyle, beauty, and beyondScope and execute co-marketing activations: giveaways, collabs, joint campaigns that drive awareness and sales for both partiesBuild and manage KOL partnerships that go beyond gifting co-created content, event appearances, long-term advocacy agreementsIdentify partnership moments that generate brand heat and commercial return simultaneously not just awareness for awareness’s sakeWork alongside the fractional CMO and founder to ensure all partnerships are strategically aligned and commercially justified
