\nAbout the Role
\nAs our operations expand across major industrial plants — refineries, steel, cement, power, and chemical facilities — we are seeking a dedicated Compliance & Site Mobilization Manager. This role ensures smooth mobilization of workforce and resources by maintaining compliance checklists, coordinating with plants, and preparing all documentation before deployment.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain compliance checklists for each client and state. \n
- Coordinate with plant teams to ensure readiness before mobilization. \n
- Verify and prepare all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and statutory documents. \n
- Ensure contractor compliance with industrial regulations and site-specific requirements. \n
- Liaise with clients to address compliance queries and documentation needs. \n
- Track mobilization timelines to avoid deployment delays. \n
- Maintain records of compliance submissions and approvals. \n
- Support site teams during mobilization and ensure adherence to safety standards. \n
Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Engineering/Management or related discipline. \n
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial contractor compliance, EHS documentation, or site mobilization. \n
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations and compliance frameworks. \n
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills. \n
- Ability to handle multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously. \n
Preferred Skills

- Experience in refineries, steel plants, cement plants, power plants, or chemical plants. \n
- Familiarity with statutory compliance and contractor documentation. \n
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities. \n
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools. \n
