Experience:
- 7–10 years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, copywriting, editorial content, branded content, creative communication, campaign narrative development, or integrated content studio environments, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful storytelling and audience-centric communication.
- Proven experience in developing high-quality content and narrative solutions across campaigns, brand communication, social media, digital platforms, events, branded content, thought leadership initiatives, and advertiser-facing ecosystems.
- Strong exposure to AI-powered content creation tools and workflows across areas such as prompt engineering, generative writing, campaign messaging, content adaptation, multilingual storytelling, AI-assisted scripting, personalization, summarization, and narrative optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking, storytelling depth, audience understanding, and creative articulation to build differentiated communication frameworks and scalable content ecosystems.
- Experience in working across multiple content formats including long-form content, short-form communication, social storytelling, scripts, campaign narratives, presentations, branded content, editorial-commercial integrations, and platform-native digital communication.
- Strong understanding of audience psychology, consumption behavior, evolving communication patterns, and platform-specific storytelling dynamics across print, digital, social, video, and emerging conversational ecosystems.
- Prior exposure to media organizations, digital publishing, advertising agencies, branded content studios, content-led businesses, or new-age creator ecosystems would be preferred.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English Literature, Advertising, Marketing, Media Studies, Digital Communication, Creative Writing, or a related discipline.
- Specialized certifications, programs, or hands-on exposure in AI-powered content tools, generative AI applications, prompt engineering, digital storytelling, content strategy, or creative communication would be an added advantage.
- Strong practical exposure to evolving digital content ecosystems, AI-assisted storytelling workflows, and audience engagement models will be preferred over purely academic credentials.
- Formal education will be valued; however, narrative capability, portfolio strength, strategic thinking, creative articulation, and demonstrated storytelling impact will take precedence over academic pedigree alone.
