The Role You will join a dynamic and growing private equity team handling buy-side and sell-side transactions across a range of sectors. The majority of matters involve UK and European deals, often cross-border in nature, with values typically within the upper mid-market bracket. Associates are encouraged to take on meaningful responsibility early, including direct client interaction, document running and strategic input, supported by an accessible partnership structure that promotes development. What They’re Looking For 0.5–6 years’ post-qualification experience Strong private equity transactional experience with demonstrated hands-on deal involvement Background from elite US, Magic Circle, leading international or strong national firms considered Ability to thrive in a lean team environment with high levels of responsibility and direct client exposure Commercial mindset, excellent communication skills and a collaborative, motivated approach Why Apply?
