Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Business Services Organisation (BSO) to recruit an Administrator within the Recruitment Shared Services team. This is a fast-paced, Armagh-based position that offers an immediate start.The CompanyThe Business Services Organisation provides support to the Health and Social Care sector within Northern Ireland. The Administrator will work within the People and Place directorate, specifically within the Recruitment Shared Services team.
The role is based in Rosewood Villa, St Lukes Hospital, Armagh.The RoleAs an Administrator within the Recruitment Shared Services team, you will provide customer support throughout the recruitment and selection process.Key Responsibilities:Coordinating recruitment and selection processes to ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experienceMaintaining accurate recruitment data, records, and HR systems with a high level of attention to detailProviding timely advice and support to applicants, managers, and colleagues on recruitment procedures and processesPreparing management information, reports, and recruitment performance data to support decision-makingAssisting in the investigation and resolution of recruitment queries and service-related issuesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment systems and service deliveryConducting data validation and audit checks to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standardsDelivering a professional, responsive, and customer-focused service to internal and external stakeholdersThe PersonEssential Criteria:5 GCSE's grades A-C including Maths and English or equivalent qualification18 months administration experienceStrong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointDesirable Criteria:Experience within HR or RecruitmentPackage and BenefitsThis role offers an hourly rate of £12.75. It is a Band 3 position which is temporary and offers an immediate start.
