Cost Controller

Develop detailed cost estimates for each phase of the Turnaround preparation.Manage the scope change and control processesEstablish and implement standardized data gathering and storage techniques to ensure accurate actual costs and forecasting.Monitor and analyze event costs related to labor, materials, and third-party contractors.Work with the Planning team to define contracting strategies, manage the bidding process, evaluate proposals, and facilitate contract awards.Coordinate with vendors to ensure full understanding and compliance with TA policies and proceduresVerify contractor claims and daily logs to ensure alignment with established contractual ratesPrepare weekly and monthly cost performance reportsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute and finalize the end-to-end TA cost control process RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field.Work experience in cost engineering, project control, turnaround project.Expertise on financial & operational monitoring, reporting, analyzing and forecasting.
