Creative Associate - Fashion (2–3 years experience)

What you’ll be doing:

– Assisting in designing seasonal collections

– Being part of client interactions & associations

– Coordinating with merchandisers for order execution

– Market visits for sourcing fabrics & trims

– Travelling for exhibitions & showcases

– Working on print & pattern development

Key skill sets we’re looking for:

– Strong design sensibility & understanding of silhouettes

– Basic illustration / sketching skills

– Knowledge of fabrics, trims & sourcing

– Good communication (you’ll talk to clients + teams)

– Organised enough to manage multiple moving parts

– Eye for detail (the kind that notices everything)

– Familiarity with design tools (Adobe / CAD is a plus)

Experience:

Beginner level, with 2–3 years of work experience

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and right in the middle of everything — not for the sidelines.
