We are expanding our trainer network and are looking for passionate educators who can inspire learners through hands-on, practical training using modern creative and educational tools.

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic Canva & Creative Design Trainers to deliver interactive workshops and certification programs for teachers and students across schools and colleges. Trainers should be comfortable teaching both online and in person and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on Canva Education and other creative design platforms.
• Teach the fundamentals of graphic design, presentations, social media content creation, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Conduct hands-on workshops using Canva or any other Design software
• Introduce participants to AI-powered creative tools and educational technology platforms.
• Train teachers on integrating digital creativity into classroom teaching and learning.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, activities, and assessments.
• Support institutions in adopting digital creativity tools effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, design, and educational technology.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Canva and Canva for Education.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, etc.) or similar creative software.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and educational technology platforms.
• Experience in graphic design, presentation design, video editing, digital content creation, or instructional design.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to teach in Kannada and/or Hindi being an added advantage.
• Comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues and supporting learners with software installation and setup.
• Prior experience teaching or training in schools, colleges, universities, or corporate environments is preferred.
• Passion for education, creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
