About the Role:

Design engaging social media posts, carousels, and stories while maintaining brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute platform-specific creatives (static, carousels, stories) that strictly adhere to established brand guidelines.
• Take full ownership of the QC process, ensuring zero errors in typography, alignment, and brand consistency before submission.
• Accurately interpret creative briefs and feedback, minimizing the need for multiple revision cycles through high first-draft accuracy.
• Adhere to strict timelines and manage multiple deliverables without compromising on creative standards.
• Proactively research design trends and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance creative output and speed up production workflows.
• Independently explore and present visual references to elevate the brand’s aesthetic and stay ahead of competitors.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience
• A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality \"clean\" design and a clear understanding of brand consistency.
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback with a growth-oriented mindset.
