Cricket Coach

Delhi Public School, Nadergul is seeking a passionate and experienced Cricket Coach to train and mentor students across various age groups. The coach will be responsible for developing students' cricketing skills, promoting fitness, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, while preparing school teams for inter-school, district, state, and national-level tournaments.

Key Responsibilitie

sPlan and conduct structured cricket coaching sessions for students from beginner to advanced levels

Teach and improve batting, bowling, fielding, wicket-keeping, and match strategies

Design age-appropriate practice schedules, fitness drills, and skill development programs

Identify and nurture talented players for competitive tournaments

Select, train, and manage school cricket teams for inter-school competitions

Organize practice matches, tournaments, and cricket camps

Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback

Foster discipline, leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students

Ensure the safety of students during training sessions and matches

Maintain cricket equipment, practice grounds, and inventory

Coordinate with school management regarding tournament participation and sports events

Maintain attendance, player performance records, and training reports

Support other school sports events and extracurricular activities as assigned

Qualificatio

nsBachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed.) or equivalen

t.Certification in Cricket Coaching from a recognized body (BCCI/NCA/ICC or equivalent) is preferre
