Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing restaurant technology company building an all-in-one operating system for restaurants. The platform centers around a POS system that connects online ordering, in-store operations, kitchen workflows, logistics, loyalty, integrations, and AI into one seamless setup.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-first operations professional who will onboard restaurant clients onto the POS system, manage launches end-to-end, and ensure each merchant goes live smoothly and confidently.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the onboarding of new restaurant clients onto the POS system, ensuring setups are completed accurately and on timeAssist in coordinating onboarding timelines and merchant go-lives, following clear processes and checklistsCommunicate with clients professionally via WhatsApp, email, and internal tools to guide them through setup and next stepsHelp with on-site POS hardware setup, basic configuration, training, and troubleshooting (training provided)Respond to client questions and issues, escalating when needed and following up to ensure resolutionWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful launchesKeep onboarding records, task tracking, and documentation up to dateContribute to meeting team targets such as onboarding volume, response time, and customer satisfaction
RequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, reliable, and detail-orientedCustomer-focused and calm under pressureComfortable working with POS systems, hardware, and hands-on troubleshootingAble to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environmentNice to have: experience with POS onboarding, F&B / hospitality operations, or startupsBased in Singapore with valid work authorizationFull-time, in-office role with regular on-site merchant visits
