This role supports a large global IT carve-out and transition programme involving separation from an incumbent enterprise environment.The engagement operates within a time-bound TSA window and requires phased migration, cutover planning, hypercare, knowledge transfer, and readiness for steady-state support.What You Will DoCoordinate local device receipt, staging, tagging, storage, dispatch, handover, and return logistics for usersSupport user scheduling, office coordination, desk-side visits, and migration wave readiness activities.Assist with new laptop handover, setup validation, accessory checks, sign-off capture, and legacy device collection where required.Provide first-line onsite support during migration and hypercare and escalate issues to technical teams when needed.Maintain accurate asset tracking, serial number capture, and local stock visibility.Deliver a positive end-user experience during rollout and transition activities.Transition & Leadership ExpectationsSupport migration waves with a customer-first mindset and strong local coordination.Follow standard checklists, asset controls, and escalation practices with care.Help ensure smooth handover experience for end users during rollout and hypercare.Provide reliable local support and accurate asset tracking throughout the transition.Must-Have Skills & ExperienceExperience ProfileExp in desktop support, field services, asset handling, or onsite migration support.Basic experience in laptop / desktop support, field services, or onsite IT assistance.Strong end-user interaction skills and attention to detail.Comfortable handling physical assets, checklists, and sign-off records.Ability to work from office locations and support rollout schedules.Good to HaveExperience supporting office moves, device refreshes, or onsite rollout activities.Awareness of Windows laptops, peripherals, and basic troubleshooting.Success in This Role Looks LikeMilestones delivered on time with minimal disruption to business operations.Cutovers executed with approved runbooks, clear rollback paths, and measurable hypercare outcomes.Documentation, KT, and operational handover completed to an acceptable standard.Risks, dependencies, and issues identified early and managed proactively.Strong collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, stakeholders, and adjacent towers through delivery cycles.Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
