Customer Success Manager (Commodities) – Singapore
We are working with a global provider of financial data and trading technology to hire a Customer Success Manager focused on commodities clients.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll partner closely with end users of a trading platform - driving adoption, strengthening relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand usage across their workflows.
What you’ll be doing:Manage and execute customer success plans across a portfolio of accountsDrive user engagement, platform adoption, and retentionDeliver tailored product walkthroughs aligned to client needsPartner with commercial teams on renewals and growth opportunitiesProvide feedback on client needs and market trends to internal stakeholders
What they’re looking for:3+ years in customer success, client-facing, or consulting rolesExposure to commodities/energy markets or financial data platformsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsCommercial mindset with a focus on client outcomes
