Excel as a Customer Service-Oriented Case Manager on a 6-month contract. Deliver top-notch service and manage the entire new business application process to enhance customer and producer satisfaction.
This position centers on the accurate processing of new business applications, demanding excellent relationship management and proactive communication skills. You'll be responsible for ensuring all documentation is complete, addressing escalations, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders. Your results-driven mindset will help you meet production targets while improving operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of new business case processing • Respond to customer service calls and inquiries • Ensure accuracy of application documents and requirements • Oversee follow-up for missing or incomplete information • Treat escalations with prompt attention and resolution
Requirements: • 3-5 years' experience in customer service • College diploma or equivalent necessary • Solid knowledge of life insurance systems • Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
