Contractor Position • Monthly salary: 2,800,000 COP • Schedule: 8 AM - 6 PM (Monday to Friday)

Artist Shot is an eCommerce platform created for designers and pop culture lovers who want to turn creativity into something tangible. Our catalog includes a wide range of products, from customizable apparel to home décor items, all produced with high quality standards. Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and provide clear, professional communication.
• Create effective response templates to streamline support interactions.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer information and case history.

• Fluent in English; strong written communication skills in a professional tone.
• Proactive communicator who can build trust, even in challenging situations.
• Empathetic, responsible, and able to take ownership of the customer experience.
