Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative & Logistics Controller to join our Customer Care team in Las Rozas de Madrid, Spain.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while coordinating logistics and supply chain activities to ensure products are delivered efficiently and on time.
What you'll be doing
Customer Service Management
- Processing customer sales orders accurately and in line with service level agreements
- Acting as the day-to-day contact for customers, providing professional and proactive support
- Providing order confirmations, shipping information, invoices and related documentation
- Monitoring open orders, delivery schedules and customer information within SAP
- Working closely with Sales Managers to support customer retention, business growth and service excellence
- Managing customer complaints and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
Logistics Arrangements
- Coordinating domestic and international transport operations for inbound and outbound shipments
- Liaising with manufacturing plants, warehouses, freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely product availability and delivery
- Preparing and managing logistics, shipping, customs and export documentation, including dangerous goods documentation where required
- Proactively managing logistics delays, incidents and exceptions
- Managing vendor complaints and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
Inventory and Warehouse
- Supporting inventory management activities, including warehouse replenishment, stock rotation and inventory optimisation
- Coordinating repacking, relabelling and other warehouse-related activities where required
- Supporting stock reconciliations and warehouse service invoice validation
What we're looking for
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar role within an international environment
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Knowledge of international transport, import/export procedures, customs processes and Incoterms would be advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Advanced English language skills (C1 or equivalent)
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention-to-detail skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- French language skills are desirable but not essential
