Role Description We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our on-site location in the Greater Jaipur Area. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person communication channels, maintaining detailed records, and working collaboratively with team members to optimize customer satisfaction.
You will also contribute to team goals by ensuring a client-first approach in every engagement. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and improving overall Customer Interactions Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to address customer needs Attention to detail and capability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions Basic computer literacy and experience using customer service software or tools Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus Ability to work on-site in the Greater Jaipur Area during designated hours Max-Salary Cap Up to 35K INR / Month
