Job Description
We are hiring experienced professionals for Team Lead (TL), Quality Analyst (QA), Subject Matter Expert (SME), and Assistant Manager (AM) roles in International Customer Service (Voice).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Drive team performance and achieve operational KPIs.
- Monitor quality, provide coaching, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Handle customer escalations and support day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.
- Prepare performance reports and implement process improvements.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in an international customer service/contact center environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
