Job Description
Location: Q City, Hyderabad
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)
Transportation: Two-way Cab Facility Provided
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international customer service, supporting chat or mobile messaging channels.
- Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational week offs.
- Typing speed of 50 WPM or above with 90% accuracy.
- Strong web navigation and internet research skills.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently switch between multiple screens, tools, and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support by responding to customer inquiries through web chat, mobile messaging, and other digital communication channels.
- Build strong customer relationships by adopting a consultative approach, understanding customer needs, and providing effective first-contact resolution.
- Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services based on customer requirements.
- Meet and exceed quality standards, compliance requirements, and productivity targets.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to efficiently resolve customer queries and enhance their digital experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions, including payment information, personal detail updates, address changes, and travel notifications.
- Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues within defined service levels.
