Role: Customer Services
location: Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 9hrs rotational shift – starting at 4:30pm up till 8:30PM (any 9hrs between these to be decided by HM)
Work From Office (5 days/week)
Face-to-Face for interview is MUST

–Key Responsibilities
Ensure all assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed within prescribed SLA parameters.
Work effectively on CRM applications to manage and track deliverables.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely follow-up.
Actively participate in team meetings, coordinating and collaborating with colleagues.
Assist co-workers and share business updates, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Be flexible to work across time zones, timelines, and extended hours as required.
Essential Requirements
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Flexibility of working in shifts
•Support internal business and suppliers with process and policy related questions/issues and assist them navigating the tool
•To support procurement operations helpdesk and onboarding teams in helping suppliers and internal user with process, policies and navigation of tools
•Mandatory Skills : customer handling skills, good communication, Problem-Solving , Adaptability, Conflict Resolution, Positive Attitude, Attention to Detail, Collaboration
FTE conversion or extension? Based on candidate performance and project requirements.
