Investor Servicing Executive | Customer Support
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Investor Servicing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, resolving queries, and delivering a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and investor queries through inbound calls and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to service requests.
- Ensure all customer requests are processed within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track and process service-related requests.
- Maintain professional communication and high service standards.
- Update and maintain customer records accurately.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and email handling.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience or internship in customer service, customer support, banking, financial services, or related sectors.
