Role Description
The Customer Success Associate is a full-time, remote role focused on supporting clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. In this position, the associate will manage ongoing customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide timely support across email, chat, and video calls. Daily activities include onboarding new customers, guiding them through platform features, monitoring usage and satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
The role also involves gathering feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance customer retention, and contributing to documentation and resources that help customers achieve successful outcomes with HireVeda's solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in customer-facing roles, including Customer Engagement and Customer Support.
- Experience driving positive outcomes related to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and propose improvements.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills across digital channels.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or support within SaaS or recruitment services is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools and basic proficiency with common office software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
