AstrillVPN has spent over 15 years helping travelers, expats, and privacy-conscious users access an open internet, no matter where they are. We're expanding our support team and looking for a Customer Service Representative who's quick on the keyboard, genuinely likes solving problems, and can turn a frustrated user into a loyal one.

What You'll Do
• Support customers over live chat, email tickets, and remote sessions
• Troubleshoot VPN, connectivity, and networking issues across desktop, mobile, and router setups
• Guide users through installation, configuration, and day-to-day use of AstrillVPN
• Turn technical explanations into simple, friendly answers - no jargon, no runaround. Flag and escalate complex cases to our technical team, and follow through until they're resolved
• Keep an eye on recurring issues and pass patterns back to the team so we can fix root causes, not just symptoms
What You'll Bring
• Strong written English - clear, professional, and warm, even when the customer isn’t.
• Fast, accurate typing (this is a chat-first role)
• A working understanding of networking basics and how VPNs function (prior VPN/ISP/telecom support experience is a plus)
• Patience and genuine curiosity you prioritize solving problems over simply closing tickets.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Shift & Schedule
This role covers our CET support window, split across three rotating shifts:
• Shift A: 03:00 – 11:00 (CET) / 07:30 – 15:30 (IST)
• Shift B: 11:00 – 19:00 (CET) / 15:30 – 23:30 (IST)
• Shift C: 19:00 – 03:00 (CET) / 23:30 – 07:30 (IST)
You’ll need flexibility to rotate across these shifts. Advance notice will always be provided.
Compensation & Perks
• ₹35,000 – ₹55,000/month, based on experience and skill level
