Job Summary :
Aryu Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding our software products in depth and providing exceptional support to customers.
This role involves assisting clients with product onboarding, explaining product features and workflows, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's software products, features, and functionalities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features, benefits, and workflows to new and existing customers.
- Guide new customers through the product onboarding and implementation process.
- Provide customer support via phone, email, WhatsApp, or remote sessions.
- Address customer queries, troubleshoot basic product issues, and escalate technical concerns to the development team when required.
- Educate customers on product best practices and help them maximize product usage.
- Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with internal teams.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful product adoption and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Development, and Project teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Product Support, or a similar role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to explain software products in a simple and user-friendly manner.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn new software products and technologies.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in software product demonstrations or customer onboarding.
- Basic understanding of SaaS or web-based applications.
- Knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools is an added advantage.
