We are looking for passionate and eager individuals, including recent graduates, to join our growing Customer Support team. This role is perfect for someone hungry to learn and grow in their career. Even if you don't have prior experience, if you are willing to learn and dedicated to working hard, you can start with an Intern, Customer support role and grow within the company.This internship offers a hands-on experience that will provide valuable exposure to operations management.
Position: Intern, Customer Support Specialist (FRESHERS ONLY with Exceptional
Communication skills)
Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-tier support to users.
- Deliver exceptional customer support via email and phone.
- Assist in the daily operations of our SaaS platform.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and learn API and SaaS applications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective resolution.
- Create, manage, and resolve support tickets for issues arising during client interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common application issues, while escalating complex cases to the technical team for timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in any related field (2025/2026/recent graduates).
· Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) and familiarity with webapplications.
· Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
· Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
· Willingness to learn SaaS applications, UI navigation, and troubleshooting.
· Ability to work in a target-driven and technically evolving environment.
