Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team in Thane/Vikhroli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound/Outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product, service, and process-related information to customers.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Undergraduates can apply (depending on company requirements).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, BPO, call center, or related roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Conditions
- Location: Thane/Vikhroli, Mumbai
- Shift: Rotational shifts (if applicable)
- Working Days: 5/6 days per week
- Weekly Off: 1 or 2 rotational week off
