Zyvarah Informatics is hiring for an exciting international client project based in Sydney, Australia. The role covers customer support, international flight operations, and backend administration in a fast paced, global environment. Work Mode: Hybrid (Coimbatore) or Work From Home.
Job Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM Candidates must have their own laptop Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply ✅ What You'll Do Handle customer emails and live chat support professionally Support international flight bookings, rebookings, and passenger queries Perform invoice verification and processing with accuracy Maintain and update customer records Coordinate with cross functional teams for timely issue resolution Assist with travel documentation, visa, and airline policy queries What We're Looking For The number one requirement: good English communication skills. You should be confident in both written and spoken English since you'll be directly interacting with international customers. Along with that, we'd love to see: Strong email drafting and professional chat handling Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, email platforms) Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Prior experience in customer support, travel or aviation, or backend operations is a plus, though not mandatory How to Apply Send your resume to [email protected] or drop a comment or DM and we'll reach out.
