About the Role
Shesha Ayurveda is looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, live chat, WhatsApp, email, and social media queries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a customer-first mindset while ensuring timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond promptly to customer queries via Live Chat, WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, products, deliveries, returns, refunds, exchanges, and payments.
- Guide customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and response time.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM or support platform.
- Follow up on pending customer requests until resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Customer Success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Experience handling calls, live chat, WhatsApp, and email support.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience.
- Experience with CRM tools, Shopify, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Prior experience in D2C, eCommerce, Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG is an added advantage.
