We are looking for an experienced Voice Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of customer service agents. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, and the ability to drive performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage and support a team of voice agents.
Monitor team performance and achieve targets. Conduct coaching and feedback sessions. Handle customer escalations and ensure service quality.
Prepare performance reports and maintain team productivity. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader. Strong communication and leadership skills.
