Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Analyst, based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to generate actionable insights. Core responsibilities include developing data models, preparing comprehensive reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support decision-making. The role also involves presenting data-driven findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources Build dashboards, reports, and recurring performance metrics for business teams Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, sales trends, and operational KPIs Identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis Support A/B testing, segmentation, forecasting, and business case development Translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations Work closely with product, marketing, strategy, and engineering teams Qualifications Required 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related roles Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field Proficient in Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Data Modeling Knowledge of Statistics and experience in statistical analysis techniques Strong Communication skills with the ability to present data insights effectively to diverse audiences Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) Detail-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking Preferred Experience in automotive or mobility-related industries is a plus Understanding of customer lifecycle, funnel analysis, and KPI frameworks Experience in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments Why join Be part of a new strategic organization within Honda Work on high-impact business and customer challenges Gain exposure to digital platforms, mobility, and growth strategy Strong learning and career development opportunities
