Data & Analytics Specialist – Risk, Analytics & Hedging Division, Investment Group London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH) We are partnering with a boutique investment bank and advisory firm based in the City of London, seeking a Data & Analytics Analyst (3–5 years’ experience) to join their high-performing Risk, Analytics & Hedging division. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a data-driven investment environment, supporting decision-making across investment management, M&A, and advisory teams. About the Role You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and high-quality analytics across the business.

You will also help design and build data tools and dashboards that visualise key insights for senior decision-makers. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring data is clean, accurate, and well-governed across systems Building and maintaining analytics tools and data visualisation solutions Supporting risk analysis and hedging-related data processes Presenting insights to stakeholders across the business Contributing to data governance, resilience, and best practices Collaborating closely with investment, M&A, and advisory teams About You Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering) 3–5 years’ experience in financial services Strong understanding of risk principles, investment processes, and data analytics Comfortable working with complex datasets and analytical tools Strong communication skills with ability to present insights clearly Passion for data-driven decision making in financial markets What’s on Offer Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience) Discretionary bonus: 20–50% based on performance Hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days remote, with flexibility over time) High-trust, high-performance environment with strong ownership of your work Exposure to advanced technology stacks and institutional-grade analytics Direct mentorship from a highly experienced Head of Data & Analytics Full visa sponsorship available for strong international candidates This is a rare opportunity to join a respected, well-funded team where data plays a central role in shaping investment decisions.
