MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Training and Experience:

2 years of experience working with data and data entry. Shall also be capable of maintaining technical library publications and associated computer database files.

Security Clearance:

Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform accurate data entry, data updates, and routine data validation to support organizational reporting, tracking, and mission documentation requirements.
• Maintain technical library publications, including cataloging, organizing, updating, and ensuring controlled distribution in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• Manage associated database files by entering new records, updating existing entries, conducting periodic audits, and ensuring data consistency across systems.
• Support digital and physical technical library operations by maintaining version control, verifying document currency, and coordinating publication replacements or retirements.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
