Delivery Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a growing Belfast-based software organisation as they look to appoint a Delivery Manager to join their team.Operating across specialist markets and supporting customers across the UK and internationally, this business continues to invest in both its technology offering and internal capability. This appointment will play an important role in ensuring successful delivery across customer projects and change initiatives.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys stakeholder engagement, driving delivery outcomes and working across multiple teams to make things happen.The RoleAs Delivery Manager, you'll own the delivery relationship across assigned customers and act as the key point of coordination between clients and internal teams.Working closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams, you'll ensure projects and change requests are clearly defined, prioritised effectively and delivered successfully.Responsibilities will include:Acting as the primary delivery contact across a portfolio of customer accountsBuilding trusted relationships with customer stakeholdersTranslating customer requests into structured delivery plans and workstreamsSupporting delivery planning, timelines and prioritisation activitiesMonitoring progress, dependencies and milestones across multiple initiativesIdentifying and managing risks, blockers and escalation pointsCoordinating internal teams to ensure smooth execution and deliveryProviding clear communication and regular updates to customers throughout the lifecycleWhat You'll BringWe're keen to speak with individuals who enjoy operating in a fast-paced environment and have experience managing stakeholders and coordinating successful delivery outcomes.You'll ideally bring:Experience in Delivery, Project Management, Customer Success or coordination-focused rolesExperience working across cross-functional teamsStrong customer-facing communication skillsExcellent organisation and planning capabilityConfidence managing competing priorities and changing requirementsExperience identifying and mitigating delivery risksUnderstanding of Agile and/or hybrid delivery environmentsDesirable experience:Jira exposureExperience within insurance, SaaS or regulated environmentsWhat's In It For YouCompetitive salary (£40,000-£55,000)Hybrid workingFlexible working arrangementsContinuous professional developmentEnhanced holiday allowanceSalary sacrifice pension schemePrivate healthcare and wellbeing supportTo speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity, please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Matthew Rainey at Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
