(Website: www.planystech.com) Responsibilities: 1 Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic plans in conjunction with Business Development team of Planys. ● Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports. ● Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings. ● Ensure timely processing of payments to vendors, employees, and contractors in cost efficient way. ● Liaise with the Business team to close all accounts receivables in time Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company Accounting 2 Liaise with different teams at Planys to prepare the quarterly Budgets, Forecasts, Strategic plans. ● Develop and implement systems and processes for budget controls and expense accounting. ● Liaise with Purchase team to prepare and sort the expenditures made by the company till date.
Budgeting and Forecasting 3 Data Analysis ● PPT preparation ● Policy Formulation, MS EXCEL & OFFICE 4 Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, bank entries and other transactions. Tally 5 Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement. ● Provide insightful information and expectations of senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making. ● Analyze the cash flows and forecasts of the company and provide insights on treasury management. MIS Reporting 6 Contact outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary. ● Policy Formulation Communication Skills/ (verbal & written) 7 Ensure 100% compliance to statutory norms, Reporting and Planning.
GST, TDS. 8 Accountability and ownership of tasks. Leadership Skills 9 Having Forex Management experience is a plus. Forex Management 10 Prioritizing tasks as per criticality.
Qualification / Certification Required: CA(from a renowned university / college) 7+ years’ of work experience Notes: 1.
