Are you passionate about digital marketing, eCommerce, and online brand growth?
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Executive, Digital Marketing & eCommerce to join our team and support the growth of our 5-hour ENERGY® and Hydration product lines across digital and marketplace channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of campaign execution, platform management, content coordination, and performance tracking in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment.
What You’ll Be DoingeCommerce & Marketplace ExecutionSupport the planning and execution of commercial activities across e-commerce platforms, including Brand.com (Shopify), Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.Manage and update product listings, pricing, bundles, and promotional mechanics across platform seller centers.Assist in developing campaign mechanics, bundles, and Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) initiatives, including coordination on sourcing.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.Monitor platform performance and ensure listings, visuals, and promotional content are updated and optimized.
Digital Marketing & Paid MediaSupport the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across: 1. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) 2. Google Ads (Search, SEM & Performance Max) 3.
TikTok Ads (experience preferred)Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, creative coordination, and budget or bid adjustments under guidance.Work closely with senior team members to ensure campaigns align with performance goals and brand strategy.Support continuous campaign testing and optimization to improve results.
Content & Brand SupportAssist in the creation and execution of digital marketing and eCommerce assets, including social media posts, eCommerce banners, A+ content, and campaign materials.Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing channels and touchpoints.Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver assets according to campaign timelines.
Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack, analyze, and report digital marketing and e-commerce performance across channels.Monitor key performance metrics, including: 1. Digital Marketing: CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPC, CPA, CPM, engagement rate 2. E-commerce: AOV, CVR, Add-to-Cart Rate, GMV PerformanceTranslate campaign data into actionable insights, identifying trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.Maintain structured campaign trackers, dashboards, and reporting documentation.Support the preparation of regular performance reports and recommendations to improve efficiency, conversions, and return on ad spend.
Additional SupportAssist with roadshows, events, and consumer activation activitiesSupport other tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking ForDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or social media managementFamiliarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok ShopComfortable working with data, digital tools, and campaign reportingProficient in Excel / Google Sheets, Canva, or similar toolsDetail-oriented, organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
